Roleo Raises €2.9M in Funding

Roleo, a Tallinn-based AI career platform, has raised €2.9 million in a funding round to accelerate the development of its personal AI career agent and expand its footprint across European markets. This latest infusion brings the company's total funding to date to €3.46 million.

The funding round was led by Practica Capital, a Baltic venture capital firm. Additional participants included Nordic venture capital firm Inventure, as well as a group of individual investors including Markus Villig, Sergei Anikin, Henrik Bohman, Kristina Lilleõis, and Lemonade Stand.

Roleo Use of Funds

Roleo plans to use the new capital to further develop its AI-powered career agent technology and to support its expansion into broader European markets. The company also intends to extend its platform capabilities beyond job matching to support users throughout their entire professional lives.
