The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts, subscribe to the newsletter, or submit personal information through the Site.

The SaaS News offers a free newsletter. You may subscribe by providing your name, email address, and any other information requested through the subscription form.

The Site may use passwordless sign-in, magic links, or similar authentication methods. You have the right to provide the Submission;

The Submission does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, intellectual property right, privacy right, or third-party right;
The Submission is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harmful, or unlawful.

You grant Data on the Fly, LLC and The SaaS News a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, summarize, quote, distribute, display, adapt, and create derivative works from your Submission in connection with the Site, newsletter, social media, and related business activities.

We are not required to publish, review, return, keep confidential, or respond to any Submission. We may edit, reject, remove, or delete Submissions at our discretion.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information unless we have entered into a separate written agreement with you.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without permission;
Use the Site to send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional materials;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data on the Fly, LLC, The SaaS News, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Data on the Fly, LLC, The SaaS News, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

Your Submissions;
Your violation of any law or third-party right;

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
