OneStack Raises ₹12.5Cr in Funding

OneStack, a Mumbai-based fintech infrastructure startup, has successfully raised ₹12.5 crore in a new funding round. The company provides specialized digital banking and payment infrastructure, specifically tailored for cooperative banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). This latest infusion of capital brings the company's total funding to approximately ₹45 crore.

The funding round was led by Shepherd's Hill, with participation from existing investors Pentathlon Ventures and AVNM Ventures.

OneStack Use of Funds

The company intends to utilize the fresh capital to support its expansion among cooperative banks and NBFCs. Additionally, the funds will be directed toward product development across several key areas, including payments infrastructure, core banking systems, and regulatory compliance tools.
