Supa Raises £21M Seed
Supa, a UK-based proptech company, has raised £21 million in a seed funding round to scale its AI-native residential block management platform. The funding is intended to support the company's dual strategy of acquiring established local property management firms and integrating its proprietary technology to automate administrative workflows.
Investors
The funding round was co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean. Additional participants include KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners, and HEARTFELT, with an additional debt facility provided by a major UK lender.
Supa Use of Funds
Supa plans to use the capital to continue its expansion through the acquisition of local property management firms. The funds will also support the ongoing development of its AI-native platform designed to automate administrative tasks such as contractor coordination, service charge reconciliation, safety compliance, and repair scheduling.
