ERIN, a Pittsburgh, PA-based employee referral platform powered by Smart Referral AI to supercharge recruitment at your business, announced that it closed $5 million in funding.

Reformation Partners led the round, with participation from BlueTree VC, Grouse Ridge Capital, Yoshimi Iyadomi, and existing investor LabCo NYC.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach, drive innovative new features, and continue to provide support to its customers.
