StrikeReady Secures Investment Led by Wa’ed Ventures
StrikeReady, a Dallas-based Composite AI platform for security operations, has received a new investment led by Wa’ed Ventures. The investment brings StrikeReady’s total funding raised to $29 million and will support its expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and continued development of its AI-powered security operations platform.
Investors
This investment was led by Wa'ed Ventures, a $500 million venture capital firm wholly owned by Aramco.
StrikeReady Use of Funds
StrikeReady intends to use the capital to establish a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia to serve as its regional headquarters. The company also plans to scale its Composite AI platform to support enterprise security teams on a global basis, while investing in local talent development and building in-country cybersecurity capabilities.
About StrikeReady
Founded in 2020 by Yasir Khalid, StrikeReady provides a Composite AI platform designed for security operations center (SOC) teams. Its platform combines machine learning, pattern matching, automation, and large language model-based reasoning to support security teams across alerts, incidents, vulnerabilities, assets, identities, and threat intelligence. StrikeReady works with existing SIEM, EDR, IAM, and threat intelligence tools rather than requiring organizations to replace them.
