Workruit, an India-based AI-driven career and recruitment platform, announced that it raised more than $500,000 in pre-series A funding led by investment firm Kantamaneni Family Office.
The funds will be used to scale the company's product, expand its operations, and focus on customer acquisition. Workruit's expansion plans include extending its recruitment platform in US markets by Q1 2023 with the help of a strategic investor.
As part of its expansion plans, the company aims to reach over 5 million jobseekers, over 5,000 enterprises, SMEs, and over 2,000 colleges by the end of the next year.
