VirgilHR, a Washington, DC-based employment and labor-law compliance technology company, announced that it closed $1.5 million in pre-seed funding.
The investment was backed by quadra Ventures, Techstars, SHRMLabs, and TEDCO.
This funding will be used to continue product development through the release of new modules and increase targeted marketing efforts.
