Vertuoza, a Nivelles, Belgium-based provider of SaaS-based project management software for construction businesses, announced that it secured €4 million in pre-Series A funding.
The round was led by XAnge and Fortino Capital.
The funds will be used to accelerate the company's growth by increasing recruitment and internationalization.
"This new financing stage allows us to serve construction companies further. Beyond the software, Vertuoza is also a community that is growing exponentially and redefining the codes of the sector's organization," says Dominique Pellegrino, co-founder and CEO of Vertuoza.
Vertuoza asserts that more than 3,000 users are currently active in its ecosystem and has tripled its annual recurring revenue (ARR) in a year, reaching the €1M milestone in early 2022.
Vertuoza is operational in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Switzerland.
