Comp AI, a Miami-based AI-native compliance and security platform, has raised $34 million in Series A funding to expand its agentic AI platform beyond compliance automation into continuous cybersecurity.

The round was led by Roo Capital, a Coconut Grove-based investment firm, and Grand Ventures.
Comp AI Use of Funds
Comp AI will use the new capital to accelerate product and engineering development, expand its continuous cybersecurity capabilities, and grow its teams across its Miami headquarters and New York office. The company plans to hire across product, engineering, operations, sales, customer success, and marketing while expanding its offerings for larger organizations with complex security requirements.
