The round was led by Georgian, with participation from new investors Avenir and 01A, as well as existing backers Index Ventures, IVP, Citi Ventures, and Slow Ventures.
Georgian is a Toronto-based venture capital firm with approximately $5.6 billion in assets under management (AUM). It specializes in late-stage funding (Series B and beyond) for high-growth B2B software companies. The firm’s core investment thesis revolves around businesses that leverage Applied AI in key thematic areas, including the Future of Work, Trust, and Product-Led Growth.

The fresh funds will be used to advance Sublime’s agentic AI capabilities, enhance its autonomous email defense platform, expand its global presence, and accelerate product innovation to counter next-generation threats.
