KnowledgeWork Raises ¥3.5B Series C

KnowledgeWork, based in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a developer of AI-powered sales productivity platforms, has raised 3.5 billion yen in the first closing of its Series C funding round. The company specializes in providing sales enablement solutions and has recently launched its Sales AI Agent OS to facilitate the deployment of vertical, function-specific AI agents for corporate sales organizations.

The round was led by Globis Capital Partners, a prominent venture capital firm. Additional investors participating in the round include Ricoh Japan, Canon Marketing Japan MIRAI Fund, NTT Docomo Ventures, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Japan Post Bank Asset Management, Mitsubishi UFJ Innovation Partners, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Fukoku CVC Fund, Dentsu Ventures SGP Fund, Hakuhodo DY Ventures, DNX Ventures, WiL (World Innovation Lab), Salesforce Ventures, and For Startups Capital.

KnowledgeWork Use of Funds

KnowledgeWork plans to use the capital to promote strategic partnerships and capital and business alliances with leading companies across various industries. The funds will support the acceleration of its AI-centered technology development and the expansion of its sales AI agent offerings by combining its enablement expertise with the customer bases and solutions of its new strategic partners.
