Streamforge Raises $1.2 Million in Seed Round

Streamforge, a Montreal, Canada-based AI firm that specializes in influencer marketing for brands and video game publishers, raised $1.2 million in Seed funding.

The round was led by Triptyq Capital, with participation from Leansquare, Telegraph Hill Capital, and other angel investor groups.

Founded in 2021, Triptyq Capital is a venture capital firm based in Montreal, Canada. The firm seeks to invest in seed-stage technology companies at the crossroads of tech, creativity, and business, such as the creator economy, metaverse, Web3, esports, NFT, virtual and augmented realities, and any tech within the traditional subsectors, including cinema, literature, and music.

Streamforge Use of Funds

The company intends to use the funds to continue scaling its technology infrastructure to onboard more brands and publishers, with expansion across North America, Asia, and Europe to follow. The capital raised will also enable further diversification into additional verticals, such as mobile.
