Strapi Closes $31 Million in Series B

Strapi, a Paris, France-based leading open-source headless CMS, announced that it closed a $31 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by CRV, with participation from Flex Capital, Index Ventures, BPI France, Raise Sherpas as well as new notable Angel investors: Ashley Smith (Former GitLab CMO and GitHub VP of Marketing), Nat Friedman (Former GitHub CEO), Nicolas Dessaigne (Algolia Cofounder) and Matt Billmann Christensen (Netlify CEO).

This new funding allows Strapi to accelerate building a sustainable business and invest in the development of the Strapi open-source community and ecosystem. And it will enable it to deliver on its mission of empowering millions of people to share and manage any content, anywhere.
