Silverfort Raises $116 Million in Series D

Silverfort, a Tel Aviv, Israel- and Boston, MA-based identity protection company, has raised $116 million in Series D funding, bringing its total amount raised to $222 million.  

SaaS Investors  

The round was led by Brighton Park Capital (BPC), with participation from existing investors including Acrew Capital, Greenfield Partners, Citi Ventures, General Motors Ventures, Maor Investments, Vintage Investment Partners, and Singtel Innov8.  

Silverfort Use of Funds  

The company will use the funding to expand its platform with new product modules and accelerate its go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on channel partnerships.
