Flash, a Brazilian employee benefits platform, has raised $29M in Series D funding. The company, which provides a comprehensive platform for employee benefits, human resources, and corporate expense management, has now raised a total of $129M since its inception including a $100M Series C round four years ago.

The round was co-led by existing investors Battery Ventures and Kevin Efrusy, with participation from Endeavor Catalyst.
Flash Use of Funds
Flash plans to utilize the capital to develop new products, expand its AI capabilities, grow its sales team, and strengthen its capital structure. Additionally, the company intends to resume its acquisition strategy, building upon its previous purchases of FolhaCerta and ExpenseOn.
