Sherpas Raises Pre-Series A Funding

Sherpas, a Seoul, South Korea-based SaaS management company, has raised pre-Series A funding. 


The round was led by BonAngels Venture Partners. 

BonAngels Venture Partners is a venture capital firm based in Seoul, South Korea, that provides initial investment and operational support to early-stage startups, ranging from seed to pre-Series A stages. The firm prefers to invest in Korean-based or partially Korean startups operating in the global market, located in various regions such as Japan, China, the United States, India, Indonesia, and more.

The investment will further fuel its mission to streamline IT asset management processes for businesses, enabling them to optimize their operations and focus on growth. 

About Sherpas 

Sherpas is a company that provides SMPLY, a data-based SaaS and IT management and optimization service. Founded in June 2023, the company launched SMPLY and, within six months, acquired approximately 100 corporate clients. SMPLY utilizes AI for IT asset management (ITAM), simplifying the tracking of all SaaS applications and IT devices within a company, including details on payments, users, and usage history. The company's platform specializes in checking all solution costs and account statuses in use on one dashboard with a single account linkage through an integration network, analyzing business size and SaaS usage patterns, and recommending the most suitable solution for each company.
