Osavul Raises €8.5M Series A

Osavul, a Luxembourg-based startup providing an AI-driven hostile threat warning platform, has raised €8.5 million in a Series A funding round. This latest investment brings the company's total funding to approximately €12 million.

Investors

The funding round was led by 33N Ventures, a global cybersecurity investor focused on Europe. Additional participants in the round included Balnord, G+D Ventures, and existing investor 42CAP.

Osavul Use of Funds

Osavul plans to use the new capital to grow its enterprise client base and expand its operations supporting government and defence sectors.

Founded in the wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Osavul was co-founded by Dmytro Plieshakov and Dmytro Bilash. The company provides an AI-powered platform designed to identify hostile cyber and physical activities by scanning open-source and online data. Its technology is currently used by NATO, as well as various governments and defence enterprises, to detect threats such as disinformation campaigns before they escalate.
