Ryft, a Manchester-based payments company that provides infrastructure for marketplaces and multi-location businesses, has secured £20 million in Series B funding. This round brings the company's total funding to approximately £27 million to date.
Investors
The funding round was led by Gresham House Ventures, with participation from existing investors Pembroke VCT and Ingenii Capital.
Ryft Use of Funds
Ryft plans to use the new capital to support its expansion into European and US markets. The funds will also accelerate product development and facilitate the company's move upmarket, including obtaining a full EU license from the Malta Financial Services Authority.
