Retool, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of an application development platform for internal tools, raised $45 million in Series C2 funding.

The round, which valued the company at $3.2 Billion was led by Sequoia Capital, John and Patrick Collison, Nat Friedman, Elad Gil, Daniel Gross, and Caryn Marooney.
