The round was led by Prudence, with participation from Zero Infinity Partners, Founder Collective, Villain Capital, and Optimist Ventures. 

Prudence is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in vertical AI companies driving the global transformation of the built world. The firm invests across multiple verticals, including construction, real estate, and infrastructure. The firm is headquartered in New York City and invests globally. 

Rebar Use of Funds 

The funding will be used to expand Rebar’s AI operating system, develop additional agentic solutions for more workflows across the HVAC value chain, and expand into adjacent sectors like electrical and plumbing, as well as new geographies.
