The round was led by Baird Capital, with participation from existing investors Venrock, Foundry Group, and Next Frontier Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to extend its leadership position in Conversational AI and asynchronous messaging, invest further in emerging Conversational Commerce solutions, and expand its marketing and sales teams.
