Qevlar AI Raises €4.5 Million in Seed Round

Qevlar AI, a Paris, France-based cybersecurity startup that uses artificial intelligence to investigate cyber hacks and detect potential cyber threats for businesses., has raised €4.5 million in seed funding.

The round was led by EQT Ventures, with participation from global leading angels in tech and AI such as Olivier Pomel, CEO of Datadog; Mehdi Ghissassi, Director of Product at Google DeepMind; Florian Douetteau, CEO of Dataiku; Edouard Viot, VP of Product at GitGuardian; and Tarik Dadi, CEO of Qantev.

Founded in 2015, EQT Ventures is a venture capital investment firm based in Stockholm, Sweden. The firm prefers to invest in seed-stage, early-stage, and later-stage companies. The firm seeks to invest in information technology and SaaS sectors across Europe and the United States.
