Creem, a financial infrastructure platform for AI-native companies, has raised €5 million in a seed funding round, bringing its total funding to €7 million. The company provides a suite of tools designed to help software businesses manage billing, payments, tax compliance, and revenue operations.
Investors
The round was led by Inovo VC, with participation from existing investors Practica Capital and Antler. Additional investors included angel investors Markus Villig (Bolt), Timmu Tõke and Kaspar Tiri (Ready Player Me), Adam Jafer (Voi), and Fryd Wiatrowski (Viktor.com).
Creem Use of Funds
The company plans to use the capital to scale its Creem 2.0 platform and expand its growth and revenue tools for small, globally distributed software businesses. Key development areas over the next 18 months include enhancing agent-operated billing capabilities, expanding affiliate and analytics tools, and strengthening global compliance and payment infrastructure for fiat and stablecoin rails.
