ProcedureFlow, a Saint John, New Brunswick-based SaaS provider, has secured $11.8 million in investment.
The investment round was led by CBGF, a leading Canadian minority growth capital fund. This round also includes funding from new investor Sandpiper Ventures, along with current investors, BUILD Ventures, BDC Capital’s Women in Technology Venture Fund, Innovatia, and New Brunswick Innovation Foundation (NBIF), and ProcedureFlow employees.
The funding will accelerate ProcedureFlow’s goal of revolutionizing procedural knowledge management across the globe.
