Prengi, a Florida-based facility management SaaS company that provides property and facility management, raised a $500k seed funding round led by Ukrainian venture capital fund SMRK.
The funding will be used for global expansion in the US, Europe, and the Middle East markets. The current value of the company is estimated at $3 million.
