The round was led by True Ventures, a Silicon Valley–based venture capital firm specializing in early-stage tech startups, particularly in AI, consumer tech, and enterprise software. Focused on pre-seed and seed-stage investing, the firm manages over $3.8 billion and has invested $3.3 billion across more than 475 teams since its founding in 2005.
Planyear Use of Funds
The funds will be used to expand Planyear’s BEACON platform, enhance support for employers, general agents, and carriers, grow its sales team, and advance AI product development.
