mika, based in Germany, has raised €6M in a seed funding round to support its AI-driven financial operating system designed to automate accounting and tax processes for German small and medium-sized businesses. This latest round brings the company's total funding to approximately €6.8M.

The round was led by Smedvig Ventures, with participation from Wecken & Cie., Dennis Bemmann, Michael Brehm, Johannes Ditterich, Martina Pfeifer, and existing investors Keen Venture Partners and Dutch Founders Fund.
