Pergamin, a Warsaw, Poland-based startup, which automates contract management for companies, has secured €2.6 million in funding. 

Investors 

The investment came from OnDean Forward, a private family office serving the families of its principals and employees.

Founded in 2017 by Jakub Barwaniec, Piotr Łuczak, and Antoni Wędzikowski, Pergamin specializes in automating contract and legal document management. Its platform streamlines the entire contract lifecycle—from creation and negotiation to signing and storage. Pergamin has over 130 paying clients, including notable companies like Bolt, Renault Trucks, and Volvo Trucks.
