Fundcraft Raises €12M Growth Financing

Fundcraft, a European digital fund operations provider based in Luxembourg, has secured €12 million in growth financing to expand its geographic reach and enhance its technology platform. This latest round brings the company's total funding to €40 million.

The round was co-led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and CCAP Investments, with participation from existing investors 3VC, MiddleGame Ventures, and Aperture Capital.

Fundcraft Use of Funds

The new capital will support Fundcraft's expansion into new jurisdictions and the development of its capabilities for complex private market operations, specifically institutional private equity buyout strategies. The company also plans to increase its investment in AI-enabled workflows to further automate investor, fund, and portfolio operations.
