Maximum, based in Miami, has emerged from stealth to announce a $30 million Seed round. The company is developing an AI-native operating system specifically designed for banks to replace outdated, legacy infrastructure.

This round was led by CRV, with participation from Pear VC, Restive, Plug and Play Ventures, and Anthemis.
