Enza Raises $6M Seed Extension
Enza, an infrastructure company based in Egypt, South Africa, Ghana, and Nigeria that provides payments technology for banks and fintechs, has raised $6 million in a Seed+ funding round. This latest investment follows the company’s 2025 seed round and brings additional capital to support its expansion across the African continent.
Investors
The round was led by 4DX Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on Africa and the Middle East. New investor British International Investment (BII), the UK’s development finance institution, also participated in the round. Existing investors Quona Capital and Algebra Ventures, who previously co-led the company's seed round, also contributed to this raise.
Enza Use of Funds
Enza plans to use the new capital to expand its operations into new markets, secure additional regional licenses, and continue investing in its core payment infrastructure product line.
