Kuberno, a London, UK-based global legal entity SaaS provider for corporate secretaries, legal teams, and governance professionals, announced that it completed £3.5 million in Series A financing from Nasdaq Ventures.
The proceeds from the Series A financing will help Kuberno accelerate its international growth and expansion into new markets.
In connection with the Series A financing, Kuberno will launch a commercial partnership with Nasdaq Governance Solutions that includes a planned product integration into Nasdaq’s suite of governance solutions.

Kuberno uses technology to simplify the management of legal entity governance by easing reporting and enabling remote collaboration through its cloud-native product, Kube.
