The round was led by I Squared Capital and other strategic investors. 

This funding will allow KODE Labs to continue investing in R&D while maintaining its competitive advantages.

The company has scaled into three continents, attracting some of the world's largest REITs, educational institutions, and corporations while enabling clients and partners to deploy smart buildings seamlessly and affordably.
