HiBob, the company behind the Bob human resources platform, has raised $166 million in a funding round at a valuation of more than $3.2 billion. This investment brings the total capital raised by the company since its founding to more than $700 million.

This round was led by Salesforce, with participation from Farallon Capital Management.
HiBob Use of Funds
HiBob intends to use the new capital partly for acquisitions and further expansion of its platform as it aims to evolve its workforce management software into an infrastructure layer for AI-powered workplaces.
