HealthKey Closes £1.13 Million in Seed Round

HealthKey, a London, UK-based healthtech firm that provides a platform connecting employers and insurers with health providers, has closed £1.13 million in seed funding. 


The round was led by Aviva Ventures, with support from Ascension, Oxford Capital, and Cur8 Capital. 

Aviva Ventures is a UK-based venture capital firm that invests in digital and new technology businesses. Aviva is a diversified insurer operating in the UK, Ireland, and Canada, with international investments in India and China. As of December 31, 2023, Aviva Group had total Group assets under management of £376 billion and an estimated Solvency II shareholder capital surplus of £8.8 billion. 

HealthKey Use of Funds 

The company will use the funding to further enhance its platform capabilities, facilitate the expansion of integrations with health and life insurers, health plan providers, and corporate employers, and support the broadening of the range of health service providers available on the platform.
