Complir, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, has raised $11 million in seed funding to support its AI infrastructure platform designed to help global retailers manage complex product compliance requirements. This latest investment brings the company's total funding to $13 million, following a $2 million pre-seed round closed in December 2025.
Investors
General Catalyst, a venture capital firm with headquarters in San Francisco, led the round. The funding also included participation from various angel investors and specialist industry funds.
