Formalize, an Aarhus, Denmark-based compliance software company, has secured €30 million in Series B funding, bringing its total funding to €50 million.

The round was co-led by Acton Capital and BlackFin Tech (France), with participation from West Hill Capital and CIBC Innovation Banking.

Formalize Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to expand its European footprint, strengthen its product, open new offices in key markets such as the DACH region and France, and grow local teams to support customers and partners.
