Evisort, a San Mateo, CA-based no-code contract intelligence platform loved by legal, procurement, and sales operations teams worldwide, announced that it raised $100 million in Series C funding, including equity and venture debt financing.

The round was led by global growth investor TCV, with participation from Breyer Capital and all major existing investors, including General Atlantic, Microsoft’s venture capital fund M12, Amity Ventures, and Vertex Ventures.

The company will use the funds to enhance the customer experience, continue to invest in its world-class product, and accelerate global growth. 

TCV General Partner Amol Helekar will join the Evisort board of directors.
