CoverManager, a Sevilla, Spain-based SaaS company that digitizes the reservation management of more than 100 Michelin restaurants, raised €35 million in funding, now valued at €150 million.

The round saw the participation of angel investors, including Félix Ruiz (Playtomic, JobandTalent, Tuenti or Auro), Paco Ávila (Medac), Javier Gutiérrez (Grupo Dani García) and Fernando Martínez (Alia Capital Partners).

The funding will allow the company to expand further and roll out new products to help drive revenue and allow restaurants to deliver food without going through third-party platforms.
