Cernel Secures €4 Million Seed Round

Cernel, an Aarhus, Denmark–based AI startup building an AI-driven platform for the intelligent management of e-commerce data, has secured €4 million in a Seed round. 

Investors 

The round was led by Seed Capital, alongside serial entrepreneurs with experience in building global billion-dollar businesses. 

Seed Capital is a Danish venture capital firm that invests primarily in early-stage technology companies across Denmark and the Nordic region. Founded in 1998, the firm focuses on startups in software, biotech, cleantech, and digital health. Seed Capital emphasizes long-term partnerships, hands-on support, and leveraging its extensive network to accelerate growth and market entry for portfolio companies. 

Cernel Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to expand its AI-native platform, scale operations beyond the Nordics, and further develop the infrastructure for AI-driven agentic commerce.
