Build Raises $8.5M Seed

Build, a San Francisco, California-based startup developing an AI-native infrastructure and automated real estate development platform, has raised $8.5 million in seed funding.

Investors

The round was led by Index Ventures, with participation from Pebblebed, Puzzle Ventures, Tiny.vc, and tech executives Sarah Friar (CFO at OpenAI) and John Stecher (CTO at Blackstone).

Build Use of Funds

The company intends to use the capital to expand its core engineering and infrastructure teams, accelerate deep research and development, and solidify its commercial operations across North America and Europe.
