Breezeway Raises $15 Million in Series B

Breezeway, a Boston, MA-based property care and guest experience platform, announced that it raised $15 million in Series B funding to accelerate its growth.

The round was led by growth equity firm Catalyst Investors, with participation from existing investor Schooner Capital. The latest capital injection takes Breezeway's total investment to $30 million across six funding rounds.

Jeremy Gall, founder, and CEO of Breezeway said: "It's challenging to deliver the type of detailed property preparation and service that guests have come to expect. Hospitality managers and hosts are inundated with operational tasks, from scheduling work and coordinating services over multiple locations and unique properties to monitoring guest needs, tracking preventive maintenance, and compliance with hospitality standards.

"With the support of Catalyst, we will continue to invest in our platform to make it easier for hosts and managers to solve these operational complexities and exceed guest expectations," he added.

Breezeway's software and mobile apps have facilitated more than 18 million property service tasks, helping operators deliver over 55 million nights booked at homes prepared to their standards.

Grady Kidder of Catalyst Investors will join Breezeway's board of directors.
