BirdsEyeView, a London, UK-based insurtech space startup, has secured a seven-figure investment in a recent funding round.

The round was led by the European Space Agency, Big 5 Investors, InsurTech NY, and ACF Investors.  

European Space Agency is a government organization based in Paris, France. Established in 1975, the firm seeks to give funding to space projects.  

Founded in 2019, InsurTech NY brings together carriers, brokers, investors, and InsurTech startups via InsurTech NY’s mission is to help support the insurance industry to take advantage of the latest digital technology to improve efficiencies and increase revenue, and be ready for the inevitable digitally transformed Insurance industry.  

Founded in 2011, ACF Investors is an angel group based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. The firm prefers to invest in small and medium companies across the United Kingdom.  

BirdEyeView Use of Funds 

The funds will be utilized to fuel expansion in the UK and US markets and enhance the development of RAPTOR technology to democratize insurers' access to NatCat modeling, exposure management, and underwriting automation.
