Autify Raises $13 Million in Series B

Autify, a San Francisco, CA-based AI platform for quality engineering, raised a $13 million Series B funding round.

The company has also released a beta version of Zenes, an autonomous AI agent for software quality assurance. 


The round was led by Globis Capital Partners and LG Technology Ventures, with participation from existing investors WiL (World Innovation Lab), Salesforce Ventures, Archetype Ventures, and Uncorrelated Ventures. 

Globis Capital Partners is a venture capital fund based in Tokyo, Japan, with aggregated assets under management (AUM) exceeding USD 1.3 billion. Since 1996, GCP has invested in over 200 companies as a lead investor, accelerating their growth through hands-on support. 

LG Technology Ventures, the Silicon Valley-based venture capital arm of LG Group, focuses on AI, enterprise software, and energy transformation. Currently managing over $400 million in fund assets, LG Technology Ventures invests in early-stage startups across various sectors including artificial intelligence, mobility, advanced materials, life sciences, next-generation display, mobile, and 5G. 

Autify Use of Funds

Autify plans to use the funds to expand into the Korean market and strengthen its collaboration with LG CNS, making Korea a key focus market alongside existing core markets such as the US and Japan. Additionally, Autify aims to enhance its capabilities to support code-based test automation and develop a comprehensive Generative AI-powered quality engineering platform featuring its newest product, Zenes.
