
NetBox Labs, a New York-based company that provides a platform for network and infrastructure management, has raised $35 million in a Series B funding round.
Investors
The round was led by NGP Capital, with participation from Sorenson Capital, Headline, and existing backers including Flybridge Capital, Notable Capital, Mango Capital, Salesforce Ventures, Two Sigma Ventures, and IBM.
NGP Capital is a global VC investing in early-stage technology companies across the US and Europe. For two decades, NGP has invested in more than 120 companies, of which 19 became unicorns and 11 went on to IPO.

The company will use the funding to accelerate product innovation, expand its global team, and meet growing demand from enterprises and AI data centers for reliable, automated infrastructure management.
