AlphaSense Raises Additional $100 Million in Series D

AlphaSense, a New York-based market intelligence and search platform, announced $100 million in addition to its $225 million in Series D funding at a $1.8 billion valuation.

The round was led by CapitalG, Alphabet's independent growth fund along with existing investors such as Viking Global Investors and Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s growth equity business.

The funding will be used to deploy AlphaSense's advanced AI capabilities, including generative AI, to speed up the research process for business and financial professionals.

The capital will also be used to make strategic acquisitions that expand its platform capabilities and increase the value it delivers to customers.
