8Flow.ai Raises $6.6 Million in Seed Round

8Flow.ai, a Palo Alto, CA-based startup focused on automating customer support workflows, has announced its emergence from stealth mode and the successful completion of a $6.6 million funding round.

The seed round was led by Caffeinated Capital, with participation from BoxGroup, Liquid2, HNVR, Trilogy, and notable angel investors such as Nat Friedman (GitHub), Michael Scarpelli (Snowflake/ServiceNow), Dave Schneider (ServiceNow), Howie Liu (Airtable), and Slavik Markovich (Demisto/Palo Alto Networks).

The startup aims to revolutionize support teams' workflows. 8Flow.ai's product is an enterprise-grade self-learning workflow automation engine that integrates with ticketing platforms including Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

In addition to the funding announcement and private beta launch, 8Flow.ai has achieved SOC 2 certification, demonstrating its commitment to security and reliability. Interested customers can request access to the private beta through the 8Flow.ai website.
