Zippy Raises $20M Series C

Zippy, a company based in the United States that provides technology-driven lending and loan servicing for the manufactured housing industry, has raised $20M in a Series C funding round. This latest investment brings the company to a new phase of national expansion, building on more than $600M in capital commitments secured by the firm throughout 2026.

The funding round was led by Saluda Grade, an alternative investment firm. Saluda Grade acted as the sole investor in this round, providing the capital through its growth equity strategy.

Zippy Use of Funds

Zippy intends to use the capital to support its next stage of expansion as it grows its national footprint beyond the 27 states where it currently operates. The company also plans to launch new loan products across its community, retail, and wholesale distribution channels, while further developing its proprietary loan origination platform and balance sheet capacity.
