Vocca, a Paris, France-based healthcare-focused voice AI startup, has raised $5.5 million in a Seed funding round.

The round was co-led by Speedinvest and firstminute capital with participation from Kima Ventures, FJ Labs, Sequoia Scout (Roxane Varza), and angel investors, including the founders of Alan, Datadog, Deel, Jellysmack, and Mistral.
Speedinvest is a venture capital firm founded in 2011 and based in Vienna, Austria. It focuses on Seed and Series A investments in early-stage startups across sectors, fintech, digital health, enterprise software, consumer tech, and deep tech sectors. As of January 2024, Speedinvest’s assets under management (AUM) exceeded €1 billion.
firstminute capital is a London-based venture capital firm founded in 2017. It focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage investments across Europe. With over $500 million in AUM and a portfolio of more than 170 companies, the firm focuses on backing European founders building global technology businesses.
Vocca Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to triple its team, expand into the U.S. and European markets, and develop specialty-specific workflows across disciplines like dermatology, dentistry, gynecology, and mental health.
